Kyle Raquel Romero is the Executive Administrator and Board Liaison at the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. In this role, she serves as a primary point of contact for the Foundation's leadership, managing the intersection of executive operations and Board relations. Kyle brings a wealth of experience in high-level project management and strategic resource allocation, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information for senior leadership and maintain continuity during periods of institutional change.
Before her arrival at Sloan, Kyle built a distinguished career at New York University, most recently serving as Chief of Staff for the Office of the Vice Chancellor and Provost for Research. Throughout her 17-year tenure at NYU, including significant roles within the Office of the President, she became an expert in executive briefing management and policy coordination. From spearheading university-wide crisis response efforts to managing the Presidential Internship Program, Kyle has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and the efficient stewardship of large-scale institutional priorities.
