Caitlin Chen joined the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation in July 2026 as an Investment Operations Analyst. Before joining the Foundation, she worked as a Data Analytics Intern at Plena Education and as a Marketing Analytics Intern at FUA Collective. She earned a B.S. in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology with concentrations in Data Analytics and Economics.
