Shriya Bhindwale is the Senior Program Associate for the Public Understanding of Science and Technology Program, where she helps develop and manage grantmaking at the intersection of science and the arts.

Prior to joining the Foundation in January of 2022, Bhindwale was the Senior Legal Assistant at the National Center for Lesbian Rights in San Francisco, California, where she focused on impact litigation and legislative advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community and other marginalized groups.

Bhindwale earned a B.S. degree in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara.
